ARBITRATION
    • Representing the interests of Tecnimont S.p.A. and MT Russia LLC together with the team of an international law firm in a dispute against EuroChem group companies arising out of the construction of the urea and ammonia production complex in Kingisepp, in a number of proceedings, including an ICC arbitration seated in London, proceedings for the enforcement of peremptory orders of the arbitral tribunal before the High Court of Justice of England and Wales, and proceedings in India and Malaysia.
    • Representing one of the world’s leading commodity traders in ICAC at the RF CCI proceedings against suppliers in relation to the counterparty’s claim for damages arising from the refusal to accept oil deliveries due to sanctions-related restrictions.
COURTS
    • Representing the interests of Tecnimont S.p.A. and MT Russia LLC in a number of proceedings before the arbitrazh courts of the Russian Federation in a dispute against EuroChem group companies arising out of the construction of the urea and ammonia production complex in Kingisepp, as well as in proceedings for the enforcement of peremptory orders of the arbitral tribunal before the High Court of Justice of England and Wales, and court proceedings in India and Malaysia.
