The tabloid released a controversial video interview with a journalist about our client, who is a Kontinental Hockey League hockey player. The false statements were immediately replicated by the Russian and international sports press. The situation put at risk a successful sports career of our client. A prompt legal action resulted in the deletion of the entire TV programme and related posts from the internet channel and web site of the tabloid, preventing further spread of false information.
