Lifting arrests of two Aircraft
Mansors' litigation team, led by Roman Zykov has obtained a court order lifting the controversial arrests of two commercial aircraft, which belong to one of the largest global financial institutions based in Switzerland, with operations in more than 50 countries.
The freezing injunction was initially granted in early 2019 as part of a lawsuit against the former shareholders and directors of a Russian leading bank.

Mansors challenged the injunctive relief over the commercial planes in the Moscow Arbitrazh (Commercial) Court, the Court of Appeal, and the Court of Cassation. After a year-long dispute, the Russian court finally terminated the arrests and released the aircraft.

Roman Zykov comments that "We are satisfied with the court decision. Our team was able to achieve the result in the most efficient and expedient manner, which demonstrates Mansors' leading exeprtise in Russian litigation and aviation law."
