We receive appointments as arbitrator under the rules of the major arbitration institutes, such as the International Chamber of Commerce, Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, Vienna International Arbitration Centre, International Commercial Arbitration Court RF CCI.

Our recent appointments include:

  • A party appointed arbitrator in the proceedings under the Arbitration Rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (Czech law, seat in Zurich);
  • A co-arbitrator appointed by the International Chamber of Commerce in a dispute arising out of provision of storage services for liquid bulk chemicals in the Port of Kotka between the companies from Finland and Russia (Finnish law, seat in Helsinki);
  • An arbitrator appointed by a Russian respondent in the proceedings brought by a German company under the Arbitration Rules of the Vienna International Arbitration Center, arising out of a supply agreement in the automotive industry (Austrian law, seat in Vienna);
  • A co-arbitrator appointed by the International Chamber of Commerce in a dispute out of a construction services contract between the Russian and Italian parties (Russian law, seat in Stockholm);
  • An arbitrator appointed by a Russian respondent in the proceedings under the ICC Arbitration Rules initiated by a German claimant in a dispute arising out of the supply of equipment for a power station (Russian law, seat in Vienna);
  • A party appointed arbitrator in the proceedings under the MKAS Arbitration Rules (Russian law, seat in Moscow);
  • An arbitrator appointed by a Canadian claimant in a dispute administered by the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce against a Russian oil refinery out of a services contract (Swedish law, Stockholm).
