  • A party-appointed arbitrator in the proceedings under the Arbitration Rules of the International Chamber of Commerce related to an international sales of heavy machinery contract (Swiss law, seat in Paris);
  • A party-appointed arbitrator in the proceedings under the Arbitration Rules of the International Chamber of Commerce related to the construction of a nuclear power plant (undisclosed law, undisclosed seat);
  • A sole arbitrator appointed by VIAC in a dispute arising out of a livestock supply agreement (Uzbek law, seat Vienna);
  • A party-appointed arbitrator in the proceedings under the Arbitration Rules of the International Chamber of Commerce related to the construction of a gas pipeline (Czech law, seat in Zurich);
  • A party-appointed arbitrator in the proceedings under the Arbitration Rules of the International Chamber of Commerce related to the construction of a nuclear power plant (undisclosed law, seat in Vienna);
  • A co-arbitrator appointed by the International Chamber of Commerce in a dispute arising out of the provision of storage services for liquid bulk chemicals in the Port of Kotka between the companies from Finland and Russia (Finnish law, seat in Helsinki);
  • An arbitrator appointed by a Russian respondent in the proceedings brought by a German company under the Arbitration Rules of the Vienna International Arbitration Center, arising out of a supply agreement in the automotive industry (Austrian law, seat in Vienna);
  • A co-arbitrator appointed by the International Chamber of Commerce in a dispute out of a construction services contract between the Russian and Italian parties (Russian law, seat in Stockholm);
  • An arbitrator appointed by a Russian respondent in the proceedings under the ICC Arbitration Rules initiated by a German claimant in a dispute arising out of the supply of equipment for a power station (Russian law, seat in Vienna);
  • A party-appointed arbitrator in the proceedings under the MKAS Arbitration Rules (Russian law, seat in Moscow);
  • An arbitrator appointed by a Canadian claimant in a dispute administered by the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce against a Russian oil refinery out of a services contract (Swedish law, Stockholm).
