Roman Sigay represented clients at all Russian court levels in the cases related to construction, real estate, leasing of equipment, sales of goods, finance and banking, transportation, prevention of counterfeiting and protection of intellectual property rights.

Roman has solid experience in bankruptcy cases, where he has been representing clients in multijurisdictional projects connected to Russia, England, USA, France, Turkey, Cyprus and offshore jurisdictions.

Roman worked as a litigation lawyer in a leading investment company controlling various industrial machines factories and in an international mining company with the assets across Russia, Mexico, Canada and Peru.
