On 26 April 2017, in Paris, the ICC Russia presented a roster of the Russian arbitrators aimed at improving the number and quality of nominations when it comes to Russia and CIS-related cases. Roman Zykov was listed as an ICC recommended arbitrator.
Our recent ICC appointments include:
- A co-arbitrator appointed by the ICC in the proceedings under the ICC Arbitration Rules in a dispute arising out of storage services for the liquid bulk chemicals in the Port of Kotka (Finland);
- A co-arbitrator appointed by the ICC in a dispute out of a supply contract between the Russian and Italian parties;
- A co-arbitrator appointed by a Russian respondent in the proceedings under the ICC Arbitration Rules initiated by a German claimant.
Other than the ICC, Roman Zykov is included in the rosters of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC), Hong Kong International Arbitration Center (HKIAC); Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration (KLRCA); Finnish Chamber of Commerce (FCC); Vienna International Arbitration Centre (VIAC); Kazakhstan International Arbitrage (KIA); Tehran Regional Arbitration Centre (TRAC) and China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).
