NEW SCC RULES 2017
The Embassy of Sweden in Moscow and the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce Arbitration Institute held a seminar on SCC’s experience of developing new tools and procedures in 2017 rules.

On 1 January 2017 a new version of the SCC Arbitration Rules will enter into force. While maintaining continuity of what could be described as the essence of an SCC arbitration, the new SCC Arbitration Rules introduce a number of noteworthy revisions and innovations aimed at efficiency and expeditiousness of arbitral proceedings. The purpose of this seminar is to discuss procedural cost and time saving mechanisms that can make arbitration more user-friendly.

Roman Zykov spoke on consolidation of cases, joinders and multi contracts arbitration under the new 2017 SCC Arbitration Rules.
