Lifting arrests of two Aircraft
Mansors' litigation team obtained a court order lifting the controversial arrests of two commercial aircraft, which belong to one of the largest global financial institutions based in Switzerland, with operations in more than 50 countries.
The freezing injunction was initially granted in early 2019 as part of a lawsuit against the former directors of a Russian leading bank - Promsvyazbank (PSB).

Mansors challenged the injunctive relief over the commercial planes in the Moscow Arbitrazh (Commercial) Court, the Court of Appeal, and the Court of Cassation. After a year-long dispute, the Russian court finally terminated the arrests.
