Eastern European Dispute Resolution Forum in Minsk
Eastern European Dispute Resolution Forum (EEDRF) is the first and the largest practical Forum, held in Belarus, which unites different jurisdictions.

On September 22, 2017 for a second time Minsk met lawyers, major league players, including representatives of international law firms, corporate lawyers, heads of Belarusian and state companies, experts in the field of litigation and arbitration from the Baltic countries, CIS, Europe and the United States, law students, members of the academic community and the public sector.
The aim of the Forum is to discuss the most relevant trends and practices in the sphere of dispute resolution in the CIS and Eastern Europe.

The topic of EEDRF-2017: Prove it if you can! Taking of evidence in international commercial arbitration and state courts. One of the issues that will be discussed at the Forum – whether the alternative is necessary for IBA Rules on taking of evidence.
This year we are expecting representatives of major European arbitral centers : Secretary General of the Arbitration Institute at the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, Secretary General of the Vienna International Arbitral Centre, representatives of the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce.

Roman Zykov moderated the session on the Taking of Evidence in State Courts in the CIS countries.
