DIS-RAA joint Conference on arbitration in Russia and Germany
The Russian Arbitration Association and German Institute of Arbitration (DIS) held a joint event in the Embassy of the Republic of Germany in Moscow. The event focused on arbitration procedures in Russia and Germany, with regard to promoting Russian-German business relations.
Roman Zykov spoke on the innovations in international commercial arbitration which are aimed at saving time and costs. As a part of the presentation, Roman discussed how Russian and German companies can benefit from online arbitration in cross-border transactions.
