A dispute which arose out of a mining machinery supply deal between a drilling customer from the CIS and the European machinery producer was successfully settled in the mediation under the CEDR mediation procedure.

The settlement lead to the termination of the arbitration proceedings under the SCC Rules seated in Stockholm.
