The main focus of this book is to provide an understanding of the involvement of the state authority in arbitrations and to offer practical ideas on arbitration procedures for countries in this region. Consequently, the book is divided into two parts: (I) country reports on the legal framework and (II) analysis and evaluation of responses provided by arbitration specialists and institutions regarding arbitration practice in a specific country.
